Body type: Yuu was diagnosed with alpha thalassemia, a hereditary blood condition, when she was three years old and has been on a strict diet ever since. The condition has caused her skin to have a pale look--at times yellow--and dry to the touch. Her body lacks muscle mass with little hope to gain it as she can't handle heavy exercise. She is also vulnerable to extreme temperatures. Despite having a big appetite, her stomach is unable to satisfy it. Lastly, her stature fell behind after she became a teenager, usually being the shortest girl among her peers.
Appearance: Due to her medical condition, she is petite, easily mistaken for an elementary schooler. Before entering middle school, she cut her long black hair to a bob cut and hime bangs to framed her small face. Her sharp violet eyes heavily contrast her short height, pushing away the otherwise "innocent" look like a young teen. She also began to carry some concealer to cover the dark circles under her eyes. She also receives manicure with frequency when her nails chip.
Her clothing style mainly consists of dresses, both comfy nightgowns and summer dresses. She wears her favorite shoe brand, Mary Jane, on casual outings. On the rare occasion she wears shirts and pants, it is usually during a physical activity at school. One of her favorite outfits is the turquoise manager outfit she was given as Kidokawa Seishuu's manager. Lastly, as necessary, she has a couple of formal dresses to wear on important occasions.

Yuu is an action-before-thought person unless her gut or somebody stops her. In contrast, her attitude greatly varies from situation to person: a cool and amiable exterior to the casual stranger; a no-no-nonsense rich lady to those with political influence, and a fool to the close friend. When making everyday choices, she prioritizes her needs and wants without considering others'. However, when a choice is more serious, she will base her decision on her subjective view of the greater good without asking for opinions. Following her morality, she has a strong sense of responsibility and usually keeps her word. Despite being open-minded about relationships and gender expression, she was raised in a competitive environment surrounded by males and tends to be harsher and more reserved around them. On the other hand, she is kinder to those that identify as female. Finally, because of Kidou, she has a nurturing side that shines around him and the people she decides to take under her wing, usually people who act helpless and want comfort.

Family: Living in her family's state is the twenty-year-old maid, Higashi, who cares for Yuu. While their relationship is professional at its base, Yuu asks her for advice at times. Higashi has been looking over Yuu since the incident in the manor, thus knows how the tragedy affected her more than Yuu herself. On the other hand, after Yuu starting dating Miyuki, she considers she has found a home with the blonde's family after many visits and festivities. She acknowledged her past connection with the siblings to their father and shows concern for their lives after the siblings got separated.
Friends: For many years, her closest friend has been Kidou Yuuto whom she met when he was adopted to the Kidou household. She was his mentor and a caring figure when the boy was adjusting to the new environment. Currently, while they keep physical distance, their mutual care and concern is the constant factor in their relationship. After Yuu woke up from a coma, they have been more honest with each other and respect their contrasting opinions. In contrast, her friendship with Gouenji is more casual and amiable. Yuu has proven to be caring and supportive and Gouenji an impartial ear to her troubles. So far, Gouenji is the only boy whom she doesn't want to be antagonistic against but feels comfortable and equal. However, as solitary people, both have the bad habit of taking too much responsibility on their shoulders. Lastly, Gouenji's introspection contrast Yuu's extravertedness, helping them see a different side of a situation.
People In Their Personal Life: Yuu has quite a few acquaintances, from people with power to their children, to Kidokawa Seishuu's soccer team and classmates at her new school. However, the most notable ones are the Ryuugamine family. The relationship with the older brother has shifted from negative and distant to neutral and playful. The boy, as overprotective of his younger sister as he is, is childishly jealous of her, causing entertaining banter between them. Uniting them is their mutual love for Miyuki. On the other hand, Yuu can see face-to-face with their father who recalls she met Kiyoshi when they were little. From witnessing his daughter's suffering over Yuu's comatose condition, he respects and trusts Yuu's desire to see the siblings happy.

Likes: Her bed will always be on the top of her list, comforting her after the most tiresome days. On a less biological level, classical music is her biggest passion, enjoying both listening and performing. Yuu also enjoys food, closer to being a gourmet than a regular eater. When she's cheery, she unconsciously hums Ode to Joy. Book-wise, she was an avid reader of fables when she was little. Now, history books are her niche. Lastly, her favorite colors are black and violet.
Dislikes: Having grown in a male-dominated environment, she grew to despise senseless violence, and as a leader, evil acts with selfish motives. On the tamer side, written English and Mathematics are her most dreaded subjects. She also dislikes bright colors, sweets, and cute plushies.
Skills: Social skills, drawing, reading body language, facial and audial recognition, violin playing, tasting skills, decision-making, first aid.
Hobbies: Yuu prefers to keep herself busy with meaningful tasks. When she isn't completing homework, which takes a good portion of her time, she is studying for tests or quizzes. On those rare free times, she enjoys a cup of tea with a history book or tries to take a nap. She also likes to go out with Higashi to buy groceries and walk around the shopping mall in the next town.

Strengths: Yuu excels in oral communication. As an extrovert, the real world is more important than the internal one. While she can't spout extreme lies, she has the habit to ignore her feelings and go with the momentum A.K.A following her instincts or her moral compass. So, if she used to be angry at someone but doesn't want to show she has already forgiven them, she will either use her previous feelings or conclude they need to repent to motivate her word choice. While her talent with the violin used to be one of her most significant skills, she has shifted to polishing her assertiveness, leadership skills, and self-confidence.
Weaknesses: Contrary to popular belief, Yuu has weaknesses. Her deep-rooted misandry, resentment, and hatred towards boys, prevents her from bonding with masculine people, acting serious and aloof around them. This hatred affects her relationship with Kidou Yuuto the most. On the other hand, when her assertiveness becomes reckless, her strength turns into a weakness that can affect both herself and others. Finally, she tends to lower her guard around a helpless person. Whether they are faking it or not and regardless of gender, her instinct to take care of them overcomes all rationale.
Fatal Flaw(s): After getting back her life, Yuu shows her truest colors. She is unable to consider other's feelings about a situation, taking all important choices if they are related to her in the subtlest way. This habit of taking control of her life and others, in particular, if she cares about them, is unstoppable. She is convinced of her ways and will not be dissuaded. Peer pressure or anger does not work on her. Her second biggest flaw is the pettiness that roots from her misandry. If she feels less, she will do whatever it takes to prove she is better, even if it means taking tasks she is the least fit for, except those that require physical strength.
Philosophy: Yuu's mind is governed by a strong but simple sense of moral justice. "Apologize if you hurt someone. Help the needed. Innocent until proven guilty. The guilty must be punished." However, this philosophy doesn't allow room for emotions or considers personal well-being, leading to cause others sadness and pain. Yuu also tends to take a lot of responsibility on her shoulders, usually worrying those who care about her. She isn't an exception to her rules.
Goals/dreams/aspirations: She used to want to become a violinist when she was younger. Now, she is decided on succeeding the Sumire Foundation; it has always been her life purpose. Thanks to Miyuki, however, she continues to enjoy classical music and play the violin as a hobby.

Fears: Her most prominent fears are her triggers: loud or sharps noises, towering shadows, feeling the floor rumbling under her feet, the sound of metal clashing against metal, and dark rooms. She has a strong aversion to bugs and all arthropods. If she sees one, after swiftly evading it, she becomes overconscious of its existence for quite a while. Under her misandry, she fears being labeled as useless or inferior to a boy. Lastly, she fears hurting people she loves and would try to remove herself from their lives.
Insecurities: After Kidou Yuuto's adoption, Yuu learned of the rampant misogyny in Japanese society. Her grandfather, on his death bed, confessed he found her unfit to lead the Sumire Foundation for being a female, causing an inferiority complex. Yuu, despite being compassionate to her loved ones, tends to be unforgiving of her own misgivings, especially if they get hurt. She is also insecure about her child-like body and tends to be jealous of those with breasts and curves. Lastly, now that she is beginning to open up to others, she is afraid of losing them. This worry is more prominent in her romantic relationship, seeing it as feeble compared to platonic ones.

Other Notable Personality Features: Diagnosed with alpha thalassemia minor and with untreated PTSD, Yuu has baggage she doesn't want to bother others with. With the former, she has taken the habit of being conscious of her food intake and takes good care of her nails. While she tends to ignore the effects of trauma in her mind and body, she has developed the habit of taking power naps and breaks when necessary.
